Medical Device Sales Representative (GS & Urology)
The Medical Device Sales Representative will build professional partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers based on our General Surgery and Urology product portfolio. This role focuses on strategic sales activities that drive market expansion, strengthen customer satisfaction, and deliver high–quality clinical and technical support.
Beyond product sales, this position requires developing strong relationships with medical staff, understanding the clinical applications of our products, and providing support in the OR when necessary.
- Plan and execute sales strategies for hospitals and clinics within the assigned territory
- Manage existing accounts and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Provide professional product education and technical support for clinical applications
- Support physicians and OR staff during surgical procedures when required
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
- Support contract negotiations and manage proposals/quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, training, etc.) to optimize product supply and sales activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (any major; science/medical-related fields preferred)
- Prior experience in medical device or healthcare sales preferred
- Positive, proactive, and strategic sales mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of OR environment and surgical workflows, or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license
